I'm a level 3 qualified personal trainer with over 10+years of gym and fitness experience.
I have suffered with my own food intolerances (coeliac) and therefore know how to navigate around illnesses and diseases that affect diet and nutrition. I have vast knowledge in different training methods from , powerlifting, bodybuilding, strength training, endurance and cardiovascular fitness and one of my favourites CALESTHENICS.
Yes I offer nutritional guidance as this is the main aspect of getting you your desired physique. I provide meal plans for all my clients and drop them some of my unique favourite go to meals that I eat regularly through the week, that help keep me in top condition all year round. I tailor these meal plans to your specific needs and goals.
I take a look into your desired goals, your current situation (fitness and strength levels) and tailor specific workouts to reach your desired outcome. You'll have access to my personal lines of communication, phone, email, WhatsApp. Your workouts and nutritional guidance will be sent via easy to follow format. (currently building an app to make this process a lot smoother and client friendly). Other lanes of communication will be via zoom chats, discord chats (in the Jacked Soul discord channel) where I'll be checking in with your progress and answering any questions you have.
Generally a gym membership would be best suited in order to achieve maximum results and outcome. Don't worry if not, as stated previously all workouts are tailored to your needs and what styles of training you prefer. IF your focus is endurance/cardiovascular fitness all you'll need is some running shoes, IF its strength/powerlifting then of course a gym is required with the necessary equipment.
you'll have scheduled consultations and mindset meetings with me depending on your package, you'll have access to my personal number in order to reach me with any questions and queries. The discord community will hold video calls and weekly wins to discuss with myself and other members of the Jacked Souls community.
Based on the data collected and our ongoing discussions, I make adjustments to your workout program, nutrition plan, or any other aspects of your training regimen to ensure continued progress towards your goals. This may involve tweaking exercise intensity, volume, or frequency, modifying dietary recommendations, or addressing any other factors influencing your progress.
Your feedback is essential in guiding adjustments to your program. I encourage open communication about how you're feeling, what's working well, and any areas where you may need additional support or modifications.
